Today two of our Converge crew got to hang out with the next generation of marketing and branding superstars at the Shelburne Middle School Career Fair!

As a business owner or leader, I know balancing contributing to the community and managing the day-to-day business needs can be challenging.

But, since the first day of Converge, it’s been important to me and the Converge team to engage with causes close to our hearts.

It actually sparks inspiration and motivation to do an even better job in the day-to-day work!

Today, we were especially inspired by the enthusiasm, conversations, and business ideas (yes, from middle schoolers!) of the Shelburne students.
