Sign Installers
Converge Signs is looking to add dependable, experienced Sign Installers to our growing crew in Waynesboro and Richmond, Virginia. This role involves working in the field to install, maintain, and repair a wide range of indoor and outdoor signage. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to following safety best practices. Experience in the sign industry is preferred, but we value reliability, strong workmanship, and a solid work ethic above all. Project Manager
As our Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on bringing approved sign projects to life, guiding them from the green light all the way to installation. You’ll be the go-to connector between vendors, installers, and our internal teams, making sure every project hits the mark on design, budget, quality, and timing. If you love keeping things organized, solving problems on the fly, and seeing a project shine from start to finish, this role was made for you!
